Suicide is the leading cause of death among people aged between 15 to 44 years old. Among those, Stats show that 1 in 4 men in the UK, fathers, brothers, friends, uncles, sons take take their own life to Suicide.

This collection is for every single man out there that struggles with mental health, lost someone or knows someone that is struggling.. ultimately to raise awareness that we can talk, we are allowed to have emotions and we are allowed to ask for help!

In todays society we have become accustomed to telling men to MAN UP and when we tell men to man up, they're falling down and SILENCE IS KILLING US, we need to show the world that its okay to talk, it's healthy to share our pains, and there is absolute strength in vulnerability.

This focus is being released in anticipation of fathers day in respect to every man who gets up and owns their struggles.
